About Diamond State Plumbing

Diamond State Plumbing exists because Angel Bahena got tired of building someone else's reputation. He got into plumbing to pay the bills, taking an apprenticeship through the Arkansas Construction Education Foundation, and spent years working for other companies. He was the guy they called when a job turned into a real problem. He took pride in that work, but it was someone else's name on the truck.

So in 2018 he started his own. It began small. Side jobs after his regular workday, driving to calls in his personal car, keeping the same phone number the whole time so people could always find him. When the work picked up he saved for a van, then a '96 Sierra pickup, then a box truck. Every upgrade was a sign it was becoming real. His brothers David and Eloy came on along the way, and today all three are licensed, background-checked plumbers with 25 years between them.

Angel is a master plumber and owns the company outright. He still pushes back on the idea that plumbing is just turning a wrench. Most jobs take real diagnosis and real labor to get to the root of the problem, and that's the standard he holds the whole team to. What started as one guy and a personal car now runs on box trucks, service vans, an excavator, and a hydrojetter. Same standard as day one.
